Does anyone check my blog anymore? I thought so.
I admit, I have been terrible about posting since I moved to MT. I told myself the pictures and anecdotes were for my family when I lived out of state. I didn't realize how much I would forget, and how much I would enjoy referring back to my blog as a scrapbook of sorts.
So, with that in mind, I've decided to start again!
I've told a few people close to me, but I haven't really made an official announcement... I completed my homestudy and would like to adopt one more time. It just feels like the right thing to do before Melania and Mishayla get much older. We would love to share our family with another little one! Hopefully, it'll be another little chocolate or caramel girl.
That said, I'd like to ask for your help with a couple of things:
1. Please let me know if you hear of a reputable situation that might be a good fit for my family.
2. Please sign the petition to extend the adoption tax credit beyond 2012, or speak with your state representatives.*
*Private adoption through an agency can be very expensive, so the adoption tax credit helps to ease that burden for many families who might not otherwise be able to adopt.

I still check in! : ) And I think adopting another one is FANTASTIC news! I wish you all the best in that journey. You are one brave lady to take on so many little lives like that. I admire your courage! Of course, if a third one is even a fraction as cute as the first two, then it'll be hard to resist!!! : )
